So I bought a Datum 4040A Cesium Frequency Standard, just arrived today. I figured given the price (very cheap) that there was a 98% chance that it did not work. And yep, plug it into AC and it immediately starts making that typical failed switch mode power supply noise. I thought great! Hopefully all I have to do is fix the power supply!
