What Is Crushed Concrete?

Slabs of concrete are broken into smaller chunks and then crushed down to the size of small stones. Huge machines are used to break up and crush the concrete down to size. The typical size of crushed concrete is 1/4″ to 1″ stones. Because crushed concrete is made from demolished concrete slabs, it's considered a recycled product.
