Step 17 Remove screen and replace with new screen. Finally push the screen out applying force through the screwdriver at the highlighted locations. Take out the screen, clean the remaining double side tape and adhesive. Install the new screen and follow the same steps in reverse order to re assemble the phone. Add a comment.

Anyways I hold the buttons past the first vibrate, then the samsung logo comes up, then I let go of the buttons. A white line came across the screen for about a second (looks like it was trying to boot clock work mod) but then goes away and the phone just has a black screen while vibrating every couple of seconds.

It turned off and started vibrating for a couple minutes then turned back on. As I was trying to type in my password it turned off again and hasnt come back on since, just vibrates until I remove the battery or the battery dies. If I remove the battery and put it back in it will display samsung on the screen, then turn off and go back to vibrating.
